Unlock the gridlock that chokes our main roads and thoroughfares - and sends traffic barreling down neighborhood streets

Repair crumbling neighborhood streets

End the re-active zoning decisions that has overburdened our community with apartments, led to the wrong mix of commercial development and made Sandy Springs a magnet for adult entertainment

Incorporate smart growth techniques in any new development and encourage strong neighborhood and public participation

Put the protection of existing neighborhoods above all other considerations

Return any excess revenues to tax payers through property tax relief
